Cabral P.E. is a licensed professional engineer in Maine, Massachusetts (CIVIL,) and Rhode Island with over 26 years of experience in a variety of civil engineering disciplines. These include water treatment and distribution, wastewater and storm water collection and disposal, pump stations, site work, septic systems, and segmental retaining walls. He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and regularly attends a variety of continuing education programs to remain up-to-date with current technologies.
